Assess your operation

Tell us about one expensive workflow

Pick one workflow -- the thing your team does most often by hand -- and tell us about it. A handful of questions, two or three minutes.

Then a person reads it. If it looks like a fit, we will suggest 25 minutes on the phone, and on that call we will run the value arithmetic out loud with your numbers. If it does not look like a fit, we will say so in the reply and tell you why, which costs you one email instead of one quarter.

What this is not

  • It is not a validated benchmark. We are not comparing your answers to an industry dataset. Anyone selling you a maturity score against one should be asked to show you the dataset.
  • It is not an automated diagnosis. No model scores this. No number comes back. There is no grade, no percentile and no readiness index. A real diagnosis takes three weeks, costs $12,500, and involves reading your actual data.
  • It is not a quote. Our prices are published on the approach page so you can read them without talking to anyone. What the work would cost in your case depends on what the diagnostic finds.

What we do with what you send

We read it. One of us replies within two business days.

We store your answers so that we can have a sensible conversation with you, and for as long as we are in contact about it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form -- if you want the guides, there is a separate tick box, and it is off by default. You can ask us to delete everything you sent by emailing [email protected], and we will.

Please do not send anything sensitive here. No passwords, no financial statements, no customer records, no employee information, no recordings. This form is for a description of a problem, not for evidence about it. If we work together, there will be a proper agreement and a proper way to share data before any of that moves.

What happens next

  1. You send the form.
  2. A person reads it and replies. Fit or no fit, you get an answer.
  3. If it is a fit, 25 minutes on the phone. Six questions, and the arithmetic done out loud.
  4. If the arithmetic clears the hurdle, we propose the Operating Diagnostic -- $12,500, three weeks, credited in full against implementation if we go further.
  5. If it does not clear, we tell you that on the call and we stop.
About the operation

We ask because the arithmetic behind our pricing does not clear below a certain size, and we would rather say so early.

Plain language is fine. "Nobody can tell me how many open jobs there are" is a complete answer.

Including the spreadsheets. Especially the spreadsheets.

Could you measure that workflow today if you had to? required

There is no wrong answer here. "No" is a perfectly normal answer, and it is the reason the diagnostic exists.
How to reach you

Would rather just talk? Email [email protected] with one line about the workflow. That works just as well.
